Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our various solutions, promoting our comprehensive healthcare services across various locations within the state. This position is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference and not afraid to engage directly with individuals to build relationships and drive impact.
Daily Duties Include:
Develop and execute sales outreach strategies to drive enrollment on our various services.
Promote mDoc’s CompleteHealth™ platform to individuals, highlighting its whole-person support approach and the integration of AI with human coaching.
Engage with local organizations, community leaders, and potential partners to create awareness and referrals to our solutions.
Organize and participate in community events to increase visibility and understanding of mDoc’s offerings.
Provide education and information to potential members on the benefits of the NudgeHub™ and mDoc’s holistic approach to healthcare.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets by converting leads into active users of our services.
Stay updated on mDoc’s services, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate value propositions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Higher National Diploma degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, community outreach, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or digital health industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence community stakeholders.
Experience using microsoft office tools
Comfortable working in diverse community settings and engaging with underserved populations.
