Job description:
The HR Senior Coordinator will lead various HR topics with the aim of developing and managing the talent pipeline, ensuring great employee experience for our teams. As a HR Senior Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for Staffing, Career Development, End-to-End HR Operations and other HR topics for employees in the Lagos office.As part of Staffing, you will ensure that our consultants are optimally placed on projects, selecting consultants to best meet client needs and align with the personal career perspective of the consultant.As a member of the core team of the Career Development Committee, you’ll be responsible for facilitating the career development process, including preparing and following up on career development meetings, managing the bonus process, as well as the promotion and transition processes of the colleagues you support. In doing so, you will work closely with the respective Career Advisors of the committee and the Office Leader.As a Talent Management Specialist, you will act as the central contact for HR enquiries including but not limited to Compensation and Benefits, People Analytics and reporting, Offboarding, EVP initiative management, Vacation and Time-off Process management, Policy administration, and Immigration & Compliance.The successful candidate brings great passion for people issues and enjoys working on different HR areas as a generalist. You are good at problem-solving, able to work with little to minimal supervision. You are flexible, motivated and able to manage complex situations. You have absolute integrity, and a good sense of judgement. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, partnering with stakeholders across different levels and have a strong love for excellence. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to1. Career Development (all Teams)Oversee the entire career development (CD) process for all teams, from coordinating CD meetings with senior stakeholders to preparing agendas and materials. You will work closely with CD Chairs, Advisors, and reviewers to ensure thorough documentation, accurate feedback, and smooth meeting logistics. Additionally, you will strategize with leadership on cohort themes, manage the allocation of Career Advisors, and oversee the bonus calibration process. You’ll also be the first point of contact for CD-related inquiries, conduct orientations for new hires, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system accuracy. Throughout, you’ll develop initiatives to improve Career Advisor quality and ensure the highest level of confidentiality in all CD matters.2. Immigration & ComplianceEffectively manage all immigration processes including but not limited to Expatriate Quota management and renewals, Outbound Visa process, Work permit processing and renewals, managing all documentation and monthly obligations to Immigration Authorities as well as Vendor relationship management.3. Learning & DevelopmentManagement and coordination of L&D initiatives locally. Collaborating with local affiliation lead to proactively identify and implement supplementary and optimal training solutions for CT and BST based on learning needs.4. HR OperationsManaging the HR lifecycle and relevant processes for employees, including onboarding, offboarding, analyzing and collecting feedback, records management, policy administration and management, managing EVP initiatives and Insurance policies, ensuring optimal alignment with business needs.

Minimum 6 years of relevant work experienceStrong service orientation and responsiveness to requestsStrong verbal communication skillsExperience with HRIS (specifically, Workday)People Management/Development experience (good to have)Bachelor/Masters degree, preferably with business or HR focus
